Degree in Food Technology. First level Master's in Dietetics, Nutraceuticals and Nutrigenomics. Functional Medicine and Lifestyle. Second level Master's in progress in Psychology of Eating Behavior.
Previously collaborated with SIAN, managed a radio column, copywriter for a scientific dissemination website, collaboration with Consorzio Uno, teacher of Food Science and Culture and Medical Health Culture, collaboration with AIC (Italian Celiac Association), collaboration with Coldiretti Sardinia, ANCI Sardinia and CMGM.
Research activity in the field of primary and secondary health prevention through modulation of the intestinal microbiota.
Currently professional activity at various medical centers and online, consultant in food hygiene and safety for food businesses (self-control plans, labeling, OSA training), conference/information activities on health topics.
